Obession of the moment: Waffle cookies

Most of you know I’m not really a dessert person nor am I great baker, but these cookies look easy and yummy.

I’m not much of a baker, but this might motivate me. Plus all those geeky boys I hang out with would probably love it. I bet Legos are good noms.
